Rooms were good and spacious. Had some minor glitches with the wi-fi but nothing major concerning as such. Good they served were really good and then ensured to take feedback from us on it also. Service was really exceptional. We had to check out early due to early flight and they were kind enough to pack us breakfast prior to their serving time. All in all a very good experience. Would recommend to others also.

Rooms are well maintained however service is worst. No use of rooftop as there is no dedicated person and sometime phone is also not working so you will need to go to reception for the same. They always give reason that due to party they can't provide service in timely manner, they even suggest to take order in room (during early evening as well) then what the use of rooftop Breakfast is also worst, there was cleaning scrub threads in food, not sure how they prepare food.

We loved staying there. The room service, room space, room hygiene and location of the hotel was very good. Pricing was also decent considering we went in the off season. We didn't like their breakfast buffet spread because there were very limited items on a daily basis and there were no options for live preparations.

It is a very nice place to spend time with family. The rooms are also clean, everything is well provided. The service is also perfect.The food was very good, enjoyed breakfast. Location is near station which is convenient. Had a wonderful and memorable stay.

I refer this hotel to stay in Udaipur in any case. Price is reasonable and staff behaviour, service from front desk to room service, staff were trained highly and know ethics, etiquette in service sector. Food is beyond expectations, it's so fantastic and consistent in taste, from tea, to breakfast/dinner. Food Restaurant Manager Mr. Vineet is so polite and good person. It's new property and room are also clean and hygienic. It has swimming pool and rooftop sitting. 5 star from my side.

Good hospitality. Polite staff. Room are adequate for a family of 3 and are maintained clean. Staff is friendly and are happy to fulfill your request. We requested for a rooftop dinner arrangement and they happily complied.

Extremely pathetic, unprofessional rude behaviour of the General Manager of the Hotel, it's a shame that a person holding senior position & don't know how to speak to the customer, it's very unfortunate for the Hotel Management to have such person at GM level.He is definitely destroying the reputation brand image of the Hotel.Please take corrective action immediately otherwise you will loose business badly. Bad morning,I just reached Hotel.Inspite of confirmation of early check in room by GM,Mr Sandeep Khatri,the receptionist person Mr Suresh bluntly refused to provide check in.With no alternate left,have to call Mr Sandeep Khatri,GM than only check in the room given.Highly dissatisfied & negative experience.I strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff is totally unprofessional, uncultured.
